The Rajasthan Education Board organizes the REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) to recruit teachers for Classes I to VIII. The board appoints the recruited teachers in the Rajasthan government schools. The examination happens in two phases: Paper 1 and Paper 2. REET 2021 exam pattern and syllabus

A candidate who wants to teach for Primary and Elementary classes can write both the Papers – 1 & 2. However, to clear the REET exam, you must learn about its structure and syllabus. The maximum mark allowed for each of the papers is 150. The time duration of the examination is 190 minutes. Moreover, no negative marking is applied for wrong answers in both papers. Clearing Paper-1 lets you teach for Classes I to V. Similarly, clearing Paper-2 allows you to teach for Classes VI to VIII.

Languages I & II

You need to choose any two languages to appear for the REET examination. The options available for you are Hindi, English, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, Sanskrit, and Gujarati. Hence, you need to strengthen your grammar and vocabulary skills in the languages.
