Salsa

Serving Size: 5 - 1 quart Mason Jars Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

8 cups Tomato(es) (Chopped)
4 cups Peppers (Assorted - chopped)
2 cups Onion (Assorted - chopped)
1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers (Chopped)
1/2 cup White Vinegar
5 cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 can (5 oz) Tomato Paste
2 tbs White Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
2-3 tbs Cilantro (Fresh-chopped)

Instructions

  1. Chop and prepare all ingredients. Pour into a large cooking pot.
  2. Boil and then reduce heat, allowing to simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Follow appropriate procedure for canning. Here is a great link on what to do.
