|8 cups||Tomato(es) (Chopped)|
|4 cups||Peppers (Assorted - chopped)|
|2 cups||Onion (Assorted - chopped)|
|1/4 cup||Jalapeno Peppers (Chopped)|
|1/2 cup||White Vinegar|
|5 cloves||Garlic (Minced)|
|1 can (5 oz)||Tomato Paste|
|2 tbs||White Sugar|
|2-3 tbs||Cilantro (Fresh-chopped)|
- Chop and prepare all ingredients. Pour into a large cooking pot.
- Boil and then reduce heat, allowing to simmer for 1 hour.
