Pie Crust (That Actually Tastes Good)

- Mix flour & salt.
- Cut in lard with 2 knives or pastry blender until crumbly.
- Add water, 1 tbs at a time, until dough sticks together, but is still a bit crumbly. (Don't be rough with it!)
- Divide dough in half.
- Roll one half on floured surface until pie crust is 1” wider than pie plate all around. Then transfer to pie plate. Ease into pie plate, being careful not to stretch the dough.
- Use remaining dough for second pie or for the top of a double-crust pie.
