Parmesan White Sauce

Serving Size: Approx. 1 cup of sauce Prep Time: 3 minutes Cook Time: 7 minutes


2 tbs Butter
2 tbs All-Purpose Flour
3/4 - 1 cup Milk
2-3 tbs Parmesan Cheese (Fresh, grated)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Salt (To taste)


  1. Melt butter on medium-high heat and add flour. Mix and continue cooking for 1 minute.
  2. Whisk in milk, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Add parmesan cheese. Stir.
  3. Turn heat down and allow to simmer for several minutes. Continue stirring until sauce becomes thick.
  4. Remove from heat and pour over desired pasta. 

Note: I have yet to actually measure this exactness may not be 100% correct. ;) Play around with it! That's what I do.
