Parmesan White Sauce
|2 tbs||All-Purpose Flour|
|3/4 - 1 cup||Milk|
|2-3 tbs||Parmesan Cheese (Fresh, grated)|
|1/4 tsp||Garlic Powder|
|1/8 tsp||Black Pepper|
|Salt (To taste)|
- Melt butter on medium-high heat and add flour. Mix and continue cooking for 1 minute.
- Whisk in milk, pepper, salt and garlic powder. Add parmesan cheese. Stir.
- Turn heat down and allow to simmer for several minutes. Continue stirring until sauce becomes thick.
- Remove from heat and pour over desired pasta.
Note: I have yet to actually measure this recipe...so exactness may not be 100% correct. ;) Play around with it! That's what I do.
