|1 lb||Ground Beef|
|1/3 cup||Bread Crumbs|
|1/4 cup||Onion Minced|
|3 cloves||Garlic Minced|
|1/2 tsp||Basil To taste|
|1/2 tsp||Oregano To taste|
|SaltBlack Pepper To taste|
|2 tbs||BBQ Sauce Any kind will do|
|1/4 cup||Parmesan Cheese Grated|
Preheat oven to 400˚F
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, oats, onion, garlic, spices, BBQ sauce, and parmesan cheese.
- Shape into balls.
- Place in a casserole dish or a baking sheet (spray casserole dish and put tin foil on baking sheet).
- Bake for 20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and nicely browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve.

*Note: I didn't actually measure any of the ingredients when I was making it. I just threw things in. So the measurements are a guess. You may need to experiment as well. :)
