Feta Guacamole
Serving Size: 4-5 people (depending on scoop size)

Ingredients
2 | Avocados |
1/3 -1/2 cup | Feta Cheese |
1 -2 tbs | Lemon Juice |
1/4 cup | Onion (Yellow or red) |
1/4 tsp | Cayenne Pepper |
1/4 tsp | Chili Powder |
1/8 tsp | Black Pepper |
2 cloves | Garlic (Or 1/2 tsp garlic powder) |
1/2 cup | Tomato(es) (Cut into cubes) |
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except tomatoes) into a mixing bowl.
- Blend together using an immersion blender, or you can also mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Both are equally successful.
- Mix until everything is blended. Don't overmix. You should still be able to see small bits of feta.
- Add tomatoes.
- Heat up some naan bread or use nacho chips for dipping.
- Enjoy!
