|1/3 -1/2 cup||Feta Cheese|
|1 -2 tbs||Lemon Juice|
|1/4 cup||Onion (Yellow or red)|
|1/4 tsp||Cayenne Pepper|
|1/4 tsp||Chili Powder|
|1/8 tsp||Black Pepper|
|2 cloves||Garlic (Or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)|
|1/2 cup||Tomato(es) (Cut into cubes)|
- Combine all ingredients (except tomatoes) into a mixing bowl.
- Blend together using an immersion blender, or you can also mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Both are equally successful.
- Mix until everything is blended. Don't overmix. You should still be able to see small bits of feta.
- Add tomatoes.
- Heat up some naan bread or use nacho chips for dipping.
