Chocolate Pumpkin Pie

Serving Size: 12-15 slices Prep Time: 30 minutes Cook Time: 30-35 minutes


1/2 lb Tofu Firm
1 can (approx. 540 ml) Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg Ground
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Ground
1/2 tsp Cloves Ground
2 tbs Soy
Graham Crumb Crust
1 3/4 cups Graham Crumbs
1/3 cup Margarine Low fat (or vegan)
2 tbs Maple Syrup


  1. Mix ingredients for crust. Press into a lightly greased pie plate.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy, adding more soy milk if needed.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
