Chicken Noodle Soup

1 tbs Butter
1/2 cup Onion
1 cup Celery
1 jug (900ml) Broth Chicken
1 bouillon cube + 2 1/2 cups boiling water Chicken
1 cup Carrots Chopped
1/2 lb Chicken Breasts (chopped)
1/3 cup Peas Frozen
2 cups Pasta Noodles Rotini
1 tsp Basil Dried or fresh
1 tsp Oregano Dried or fresh
4 cloves Garlic Minced
Black PepperSalt To taste


  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Cook onions and celery until just tender - about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour in broth and boiling water with bouillon cube.
  3. Stir in chicken, carrots, noodles, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for approximately 20 minutes.

Serve with buns, garlic bread, crackers, or whatever your heart so desires.
